Team Intro
The creator team plays a core role in designing the overall creator ecosystem strategy and execution plan and driving the business to success by win-win cooperation together with the creators and merchants.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Deep dive into the data to uncover insights on creator operation
  • Key issues finding: Take a data-led approach to monitor the progress of creator strategy execution, working directly with business units to help define the key issues and remove bottlenecks
  • Strategy Development: Work with creator team in developing strategy, leveraging insights generated from analysis
  • Process Optimization: Identify pain points in internal processes, taking initiative in planning and delivering changes to improve efficiency
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from top university in a quantitative subject (such as mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics or other similar subjects)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from top university in a quantitative subject (such as mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics or other similar subjects)
  • 3+ years of work experience post-graduation
  • Good understanding on creator ecosystem methodology(experience in leading content platform or e-commerce is a plus)
  • Good numerical reasoning skills and communication skill
  • Proficiency in Excel and fluency in SQL (Python is a plus)
